Enjoy a Dinner Dance Cruise from Daytona Beach

Ready for a dazzling dinner and night out? This cruise offers great dining, live entertainment and dancing with some of the best waterfront views in all of Daytona Beach, from brilliant vistas to starlit evenings.

Your purchase of this admission ticket covers the cruise aboard the StarLite Princess, a sit-down 3-course dinner with a choice of ten entrees, and live entertainment.

Dinner Cruise Experience

You will have a choice of up to ten delicious entrees. From Seafood Mediterranean to Filet Mignon and Chicken Alfredo to Surf and Turf, you'll have a hard time deciding among the many items on this taste-tempting menu.

You will board the vessel after checking in with the dockside agent. Once onboard, you will be greeted by crew members and dining room staff who will escort you to your individual reserved table. The server assigned to attend to your needs throughout the cruise will then greet you, announce any specials on the menu, and explain how the evening will progress. You'll have time to look over the menu while your server fulfills your request for your favorite beverage from a fully stocked service bar. Once you have made a selection from the menu, you will have time to explore the ship as it will take approximately an hour for the galley staff, under the direction of the executive chef, to freshly prepare the entrees you order.

It's 7:00 pm...the ship's horn sounds, the lines are cast off and it's time to enjoy a beautiful cruise along smooth and scenic inland waters. Live entertainment ignites the night. As the ship gets underway, so does the evening's entertainment. Talented, professional musicians fill the night air with the perfect collection of hits to match your mood. Relax at your table and take in the sights through large picture windows or take time to explore the vessel and venture out for a stroll on one of the ship's observation decks. Experience a soft breeze and beautiful views as the vessel slowly cruises the inland waters. You're also likely to catch a glimpse of one of the many resident Atlantic Bottlenose dolphin of the area.

Dinner is served and it's time to return to your table. Your server will be happy to refresh your drinks or perhaps present a selection you have made from the list of fine wines. Your entrée is accompanied with a signature tropical baby green salad, along with French bread and extra virgin olive oil combined with a special blend of herbs and spices for dipping. After the entrée, enjoy dessert or order from an extensive list of after dinner liquors and specialty drinks.

Following dinner, take in a little romantic star gazing out on deck or dance the night away as the band picks up the beat and plays your favorite requests from yesterday and today. From romantic ballads to the fun sounds of the '60s '70s and '80s, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

The clock strikes ten and the ship glides back into dock. Your cruise is coming to an end but the memories of an outstanding evening will be with you for a long time to come.

Dinner entrees are served with a tropical baby green salad, Chef's selection of seasonal vegetables, bread and house dessert. All non-pasta entrees also include wild rice or garlic mashed potatoes.

The Princess

The StarLite Princess Riverboat is one of the few authentic paddlewheelers in the country. This 107-foot vessel features a Victorian theme with chandeliers, brass and wood accents, plush seating and large picture windows throughout the dining areas. The Princess can accommodate up to 236 passengers for a sit-down meal function and up to 350 passengers for cocktail type functions.

This cruise does not operate on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
