There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

What kind of airplane are we going to fly?

• Cessna 172 or Cessna 182, both seat 4 people, including the pilot.

Is it safe?

• It is very safe. Your guides first commitment is to the safety of their passengers. The airplanes are highly maintained and the pilots are very experienced, FAA certified to same level as commercial pilots.

What is the weight limit on the flight?

• The weight limit is 570 lbs for 3 passengers.

Why do you need to know my weight?

• Each airplane has a weight limitation. For safety reasons each passenger is asked to provide their weight.

Are there any arrangements for little kids?

• Yes there are. Their are special booster seats for the young passengers, 2 years and up.

Can we take pictures?

• You sure can. The planes also have cameras installed inside the airplane, and you will be able to purchase your recorded flight when you land.

How long is the flight going to be?

• The whole experience including briefing and debrief will last up to 1 hour. The flight itself is approximately 30 minutes.

How high are we going to fly?

• Generally you'll fly between 900-1400 feet above the ground..

Will we be able to see anything at all?

• Yes you will. The flying altitude is low, in order to see everything from the sky above. It all depends on the visibility conditions.

Are the headphones clean?

• Yes they are. They are sanitized after each flight.

How old do you need to be in order to seat in the front seat?

• Anyone is welcome to seat in the front seat. Your guides recommend kids ages 6 and up.

Can a pregnant woman fly?

• Since you are flying above Orlando area and will stay close to all hospitals in the area, there is no limitation, as long as the woman is in healthy condition, has no limitations from her doctor and has her waiver signed. Your guides are not responsible for any health problems that might occur during the flight or following the flight.

How early should I arrive at the airport?

• Please arrive 30 minutes before your flight.

• The flights take off from Orlando Executive Airport.
