There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Multiple Jet Skis or Additional Rental Time

Rates specified are per-jet ski and for the time specified in the individual rate. However, if you wish to order more than one jet ski or for longer than one hour, you may enter the number that will accommodate your wishes.

For instance, if you want to rent two jet skis for 90 minutes each, you would enter "6" for the 30-minute rental (two jet skis multiplied by three half-hour periods). The order form will ask you to specify the number of jet skis rented and the amount of rental time per jet ski to clarify your order. If the answers to those questions do not match the number ordered, you will be contacted to discuss any needed adjustments to your order.

Security Deposit

On the day of your rental, a security deposit ($500.00 credit or debit card authorization or $200.00 cash) will be required. Deposits are refunded in full if the equipment is returned undamaged at the conclusion of the rental. Renters are responsible for any and all physical damage to the equipment.

Liability Release

All participants must sign a release of liability prior to any watercraft activity. Anyone under age 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian who must sign the release for the minor child.

Age Restrictions

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to rent a jet ski, or be accompanied by their legal guardian. Minimum age to drive a jet ski is 17. Any age may ride. It is the parent or legal guardian's discretion regarding ages of children riding on any watercraft. Life jackets are offered for all ages.

Boaters License Test

State law requires anyone born after January 1, 1988 must take a Boaters License Test at a cost of $5.00 payable day of rental before they can drive a watercraft. Test will be administered at the time of check-in, takes about 10-15 minutes and the license will be valid for one year.

Weight Restrictions and Passenger Swapping

Each jet ski can accommodate up to 500 lbs. Maximum number of persons riding a jet ski at any time is 3. Up to 1 driver and/or passenger can swap on a half hour rental. 2 drivers and/or 2 passengers can swap on a one hour rental.

Jet Ski Rentals are Weather-Permitting

Watercraft activities depend on the weather. Central Florida has a wonderful year-round climate, but occasionally severe weather prevents watercraft activities from taking place as scheduled. If weather becomes an issue, a rain check may be issued for part or all of your watercraft rental.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the water cold on the lake?
Lake Bryan is spring-fed. The coldest the water routinely gets is 65 degrees.

Are food and drinks available on site?
Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are offered in the gift shop and in vending machines. You may bring your own prepared food, drinks, snacks, etc.

Can I extend the time of my rental?
Depending on availability, you are allowed to extend your rental. You will only need to inform one of the watersports attendants on the day of your rental. They will note it on your rental slip and you will be charged the additional time upon check-out.

What about wildlife at Lake Bryan?
A variety of fish and birds are often spotted at the lake. In over 25 years, there has never been an incident with any wildlife.
