Summary:

Tour includes free pick up and drop-off from the designated area only. You must note on the order form your chosen pickup point in that area. Child rates apply to ages 3 to 11; children under 3 are free when riding on the lap of an adult. Please order online, or call us toll-free at 800-303-5107.

There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

1st stop is the Orlando Premium Outlets at Vineland Road – 2.5 hours
2nd Stop The Florida Mall - 2.5 hours
3rd stop The Mall at Millenia - 1.5 hours
Drop off back at your hotel between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm depending on individual hotel location

Pickup Information

Pickups are available for hotels in the Orlando area tourism corridor - from the Universal Studios/International Drive area to Walt Disney World and Kissimmee.

You must designate on the order form your chosen pickup point in the noted area.

Sorry, but there are no pickup options for Downtown Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, or the UCF area.
