There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

COVID-19 Protocols Updates

At Pirates, CDC guidelines are being followed to support the health and welfare of customers, employees and the community as a whole. 

Due to social distancing requirements, Pirates can no longer offer the option of photos with the cast, nor kids participation on the ship deck.


Pre-Show

It is recommended that you arrive between 60 to 90 minutes prior to showtime to check in and participate in the pre-show.

While you wait for the show, you will savor delicious appetizers and be entertained by Pirates.  It starts with an introduction to the pirate plot and story to set the mood for the main show.  It's fun, high energy and an opportunity for closer-up photos of the cast.

After the show, the same dock area is open for the Pirates Bash Dance Party - dancing music for some jamming by kids and adults.

General Admission includes a 3-course dinner and complimentary soft drinks for the main show. At the time of ordering, you will specify the preferred choices (First Course and Entree) for each member of your party.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a dress code? -- The dress code is casual. Please, no bare feet, nudity or swimwear.

Is the theater wheelchair accessible? -- Yes, there are special areas for guests in wheelchairs. However, if you are with a large party, you may not all be seated at the same table, but nearby. Please indicate your special seating needs on the Order Form.

Can you accommodate vegetarians or guests with food allergies? -- A delicious veggie pasta option is an available regular option, as is a gluten-free veggie pasta. The theater will make every endeavor to accommodate guests with food allergies, within the range of dishes prepared by the chefs. Please indicate your special menu needs on the Order Form. You may also need to discuss specifics with the staff upon arrival the day of the show.

Why do I need to arrive so early? -- Guests are asked to arrive 90 minutes prior to showtime, as seating is done on a first-come, first-served basis via computerized checking system. There is also pre-show entertainment and appetizers are served at this time.

Is there seating available at the pre-show? -- There is a limited amount of seating in the pre-show. If you are unable to stand, please ask one of the theater managers for assistance.

What drinks are included? -- Complimentary soft drinks or coffee is included with your meal. No drinks are included for the pre-show. A cash bar is available for other drink options.

Is there a gift shop? -- Yes, there is a large gift shop in the pre-show area with an array of Pirate-themed souvenirs for all ages.

Are children welcome at the Pirates Bash Dance Party? -- Of course! Children are the stars of the Pirates Bash Dance Party. Here is where the young ones get to show the grown-ups how to really boogie on down!

How long does the Pirates Bash Dance Party last? -- The Pirates Bash Dance Party lasts for about 30 minutes after the end of the show.

Can we come in costume? -- Of course! Make the most of your adventure and wear your Pirate attire to the show! Please, no nudity, weapons or sharp objects.
